Performance parts fitting Asperg

Performance parts fitting in Asperg: plan suitable hardware

Planning an intercooler, intake or chargepipe? We are preparing to fit selected performance hardware at our new Asperg location. Send us the vehicle details and desired component. Feasibility, scope and an appointment are confirmed after individual assessment.

Assess hardware and software separately, then match them together: an aftermarket part does not by itself promise a power increase.

Direct answer

Which performance parts can I enquire about?

The planned focus is vehicle-specific intake and charge-air components: intercoolers, intake systems and chargepipes. An enquiry is not a commitment for every vehicle or kit. Fitment, condition, documentation and the work we can actually undertake remain decisive.

Assessment

How to recognise when this service is needed.

Typical situations

  • Planning to fit a selected intercooler
  • Enquiry for a vehicle-specific intake
  • Check a chargepipe or charge-air components before buying

Possible causes

  • Fitment and kit contents need checking
  • Existing hardware or software changes the starting point
  • An existing fault needs diagnosis first

Intercooler: design and installation space

An intercooler cools compressed intake air. The exact engine variant, connection layout and fitting instructions matter when enquiring about installation. A larger component alone proves neither a particular temperature improvement nor extra power.

Intake system: more than a filter and sound

For an intake system, the housing, airflow routing, connections and any sensor mounts must match the vehicle specification. Existing modifications must be disclosed. A different intake sound is not proof of better engine running or measurable power gains.

Chargepipes and charge-air connections

A chargepipe forms part of the charge-air path. Connection geometry, seals and fixings must suit the vehicle. If a fault or loss of power already exists, first establish the cause; an aftermarket component cannot replace diagnosis.

Include existing software in your enquiry

Tell us about previous tuning and other modifications. Whether a software change is necessary or even useful is assessed separately. Hardware fitting does not automatically promise a particular tuning stage or approval for every combination of parts.

Clarify parts, scope and scheduling first

Before ordering, send the part number, complete kit contents and documents. Acceptance of customer-supplied parts, additional work and costs are agreed individually. An appointment is confirmed only after feasibility and availability have been established.

Tell us whether the component is new, used or has already been fitted to another vehicle. Photos of connections and supplied brackets can help clarify questions. Mention missing adapters or uncertain modifications to the kit before an appointment is planned.

Also describe the aim of the modification and any known issues while driving. This keeps the desired hardware change separate from a possible fault that may need investigating first.

Process

From vehicle details to a technical decision.

  1. 01

Describe the vehicle and your goal.

  2. 02

Check the part number, instructions and configuration together.

  3. 03

Define fitting and any other work separately.

  4. 04

Agree the job and appointment only after our reply.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Performance parts fitting.

Can I have an intercooler fitted?

Send the vehicle details and part number for an initial review. Acceptance of the job is confirmed individually.

What is a chargepipe?

It is a pipe or section of the charge-air path; the specific design depends on the vehicle.

Is new software needed for every fitting?

No, that is not assumed as a rule. The component, vehicle and existing tuning need to be considered together.

How much power will this add?

This fitting enquiry includes no performance promise. An effect cannot be inferred from the component name alone.

Can I bring my own parts?

Acceptance is agreed after reviewing the part number, contents and documents; please enquire before buying.

Do you undertake other mechanical work too?

This page concerns the fitting enquiries listed here. Other work is only possible after a separate assessment and express acceptance.
