These names refer to different replacement sections. The fitting instructions show which components a kit actually replaces. We therefore ask for the full part number and contents rather than planning from a sales name alone.
A valved system involves more than tailpipes. Actuators, connections and the intended control system must match the vehicle specification. A permanently open valve, an added bypass controller or disabling protective and emissions systems is not part of this fitting enquiry.
Approval documents may contain conditions for the vehicle and combinations with other parts. Please disclose existing software changes and modifications to the intake or exhaust. Approval of one component is not a blanket confirmation for every combination.
Before accepting the job, we assess the kit, fixings, access and any necessary additional work. For customer-supplied systems, please send the product link and documents first. Price, acceptance of parts and scheduling depend on the specific job.
Photos of the current rear of the car and its tailpipes help us prepare. Mention any differences to the bumper or diffuser as well. Whether adjustments are needed and can be undertaken is agreed separately; they are not automatically included when fitting a manufacturer system.
