Three formats, distinguished by their evidence.
Not every entry on this page represents the same level of evidence. A project with the owner’s approval and a measurement report is different from a description of the work involved in a project type—and neither is an unsupported figure. We make that distinction clear.

Level 1
Verified case studies
A specific vehicle with the owner’s approval, a hardware list and a measurement report. Only this format contains result figures.
Level 2
Technical project insights
How the work is actually carried out, on a real basis, without customer data or result figures.
A well-controlled ECU job starts with identification, the existing software and a clearly defined brief. This workshop insight explains the approach without customer data or invented results.
View projectFault codes are a starting point, not an automatic repair instruction. This workflow separates symptoms, measured data and the next sensible step.
View projectSoftware tuning is not presented as a blanket performance promise. Vehicle condition, engine, software version and intended use determine the appropriate process.
View projectLevel 3
Capability profiles
The technical work involved in a type of project. It describes the work, never a particular vehicle.
Most of the work concerns vehicles driven every day. The priority is not a peak figure, but repeatable behaviour over years of use—in winter, in traffic and with the fuel the owner actually buys.
View projectFactory performance models already use a substantial part of their thermal margin in standard form. The question shifts from “how much is possible?” to “how much remains stable through a complete session?” That is the focus of this work.
View projectPorsche combines two different worlds: SUVs and saloons closely related to group platforms, and tightly engineered sports cars. The sensible tuning scope differs between them, despite the shared badge.
View projectExperience in this segment includes Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari. What connects these vehicles is not their power output, but the documentation requirement: every step must be traceable and the complete starting configuration recoverable.
View projectOnce forced induction, fuel supply or exhaust routing has been changed, a ready-made calibration no longer matches the full setup. These projects therefore use a bespoke approach based on the hardware actually fitted, rather than an off-the-shelf file.
View projectThe experience background includes bespoke high-performance projects in the 1,500+ PS range. This describes project experience, not a particular vehicle, and expressly does not promise that the same result can be achieved on any other vehicle.
View projectTransparent documentation
Real evidence, not blanket promises.
Customer data, vehicle images, power figures and results belong in a case study only when publication approval, image rights and supporting data are clearly documented. Until then, project fields remain explicitly marked “not published”, rather than filled with estimates.
